With over 30+ years of hands on, real world experience designing homes, hotels, Spa’s from the ground up — including high-end residential, boutique hospitality, and full-scale renovations — Lisa’s signature style blends polished, timeless design with no-nonsense strategy that homeowners can actually use.
Best known as the face of the Lisa Holt YouTube Channel and the creator of The Dezigner Method™, Lisa has a natural gift for making the overwhelming world of design feel approachable, personal, and — yes — even fun. She designed and developed two…TWO hospitality projects (2006 & 2014) that broke worldwide sales records for highest sales per/key in real estate history… THE WORLD folks! Her mission is simple: to help homeowners design with clarity, confidence, and the right sequence (because paint color is never the first decision, no matter what your contractor says).
Lisa brings a rare combination of real-world experience, visual genius, and razor-sharp insight to every coaching call, every live session, and every lesson inside the Dezigner Method platform. Dana Morgan is the visionary engine behind Lisa Holt Design — part operations architect, part business strategist, and all-in on helping homeowners transform their renovation journey with clarity, structure, and soul.
With more than two decades of entrepreneurial experience across hospitality, design, real estate, and digital education, Dana has launched and scaled over 20 companies — from boutique hotels to recording studios to luxury wellness centers. She brings a rare mix of creative insight and executional precision, which she now channels into the growth of Lisa Holt Design and its signature platforms: DezignSpace™, The Inner Circle, and The Dezigner Method™.
Dana is the architect behind the business model, the automation systems, and the scalable learning infrastructure that powers everything from client onboarding to coaching workflows. She’s also the driving force behind the team’s deep commitment to client care, user experience, and accessible design education that actually empowers people.
While Lisa is the front-facing design expert and personality, Dana is the strategic mind and digital builder making it all run — from high-converting sales funnels to the integration of AI tools that bring the brand’s mission to life at scale.

Megan Blanchard is the trusted right hand of Lisa Holt Design — a talented associate designer with a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of renovation strategy, and an intuitive grasp of what makes a house feel like a home.
Megan has been working alongside Lisa Holt for over six years, collaborating on residential and boutique hospitality projects across the U.S. and Canada. Her design sensibility blends classic elegance with a modern, functional edge — ensuring that every project not only looks beautiful but also lives beautifully.
As a senior team member inside The Dezigner Method™, Megan plays a critical role in coaching students through material selections, color palettes, floor plan decisions, and the endless micro-choices that can make or break a successful renovation. Whether she’s guiding a client through tile selections or helping a student in the Inner Circle troubleshoot a tricky layout, Megan’s calm, supportive, and solution-focused approach makes her a cornerstone of the client experience.
Megan brings a rare mix of technical expertise, empathetic coaching, and genuine passion for design, making her an invaluable asset to both the Lisa Holt Design team and the growing Dezigner Method community.
When she’s not sketching plans, reviewing sourcing boards, or answering student questions, you’ll find Megan chasing sunshine, exploring art galleries, or tracking down the perfect shade of greige — all in the name of creating spaces that feel as good as they look.

Olivia Ruuska is the creative powerhouse behind Lisa Holt Design’s digital presence — and a rising force within the design team itself. As both an Associate Designer and Social Media Director, Olivia bridges the gap between the beauty Lisa and the team create in real life and how it’s shared with the growing DezignSpace™ and Inner Circle communities online.
With a background in interior design and digital marketing, Olivia brings a fresh, dynamic perspective to every project. She works closely with Lisa and Megan on project design development, materials sourcing, and finish selections, while also curating and crafting the brand’s social media, content strategy, and community engagement efforts across YouTube, Instagram, and beyond.
Olivia’s superpower is making design accessible, inspiring, and exciting to a wider audience — whether that’s through a beautifully staged photo, a behind-the-scenes Instagram Story, or coaching clients through their material choices inside DezignSpace.
Her role as the community voice for The Dezigner Method™ and Inner Circle ensures that every student, follower, and client feels connected to the brand’s mission: to make professional-level renovation guidance accessible to real homeowners, without intimidation or overwhelm.
